    As a Fashion Sales Associate, you will play a key part in the running of our Flagship showroom. You will provide our customers with exceptional service by meeting their individual needs and expectations, as well as serving as an Ambassador by promoting the philosophy and values of our brand

    Job Description

    • Serve customers according to the selling ceremony
    • Provide exceptional customer service experience by greeting, listening and assisting customers in exceeding their needs, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of the products as well as of history and heritage
    • Guarantee cross and up-selling for all product categories
    • Build and strengthen relationships with customers, deal with different nationalities and personalities and always put the customers at ease
    • Ensure the achievement of individual and Studio goals, enhancing and developing the business
    • Foster open and constructive communication with team members, being always collaborative and proposing effective solutions
    • Contribute to manage the visual display of the products in accordance with the company's visual standards
    • Ensure Studio functional maintenance and administration and appropriate levels of products on the sales floor, in line with Corporate policies and procedures.?
    • Ensure the products replenishment and physical inventory of merchandise
    • Follow Company grooming, accordingly with the Company's standards and policies
    • Maximize company sales growth and profitability by providing outstanding customer service
    • Be aware of daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and performance against them. Use appropriate sales techniques to ensure they are met.
    • Discuss with clients and give advice on general trends in fashion and developments in the market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products
    • Use a strong knowledge of our products and services to deliver exceptional customer services and sales
    • Manage the retail floor of the Studio
    • Handle customer complaints, seek assistance where necessary, ensure issues are resolved to the satisfaction of the customer and the company.
    • Open and close the Studio according to the needs of the business, in line with Company security rules.
    • Host Custom Order fittings
    • Keep an organized Studio diary with accurate notes on inquiries orders and fittings.
    • Adhere to Security and Health & Safety regulations.
    • Ensure qualitative monitoring and updating of customer information, according to the Company tools (CRM), in order to retain actual clients and detect new high potential ones.

    Skills and Requirements:

    • Must be Female
    • Previous experience in a similar role in retail for a minimum of 2 years
    • Excellent customer service skills and a deep passion for fashion and lifestyle. A customer-first focused person - ensuring the clients receives a great on-brand experience before, during and after-sales
    • High flexibility and ability to adapt to different customers
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain a client book.
    • Computer literate
    • Must be collaborative and organized with great initiative to juggle multiple tasks.?
    • Ability to adapt to frequent change and a high-pressure environment.
    • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
    • Motivated by being a team player with a common goal.
    • Weekend availability is essential
    • Must live on the island axis
